Use of the Website includes accessing, browsing or registering to use the Website.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
